2. R& D Lab introduction

Star Energy R & D laboratory covers an area of more than 800 square meters, with a total investment of more than 15 million yuan. The laboratory is equipped with various international advanced analytical instruments, such as field emission electron microscope, desktop scanning electron microscope, XRD, ICP, electrochemical workstation, potentiometric titrator, laser particle sizer, specific surface analyzer, trace moisture tester, infrared spectrometer, ion chromatograph Gas chromatograph and other analysis and inspection equipment.

--Physical and chemical analysis and detection platform: For incoming material detection, the laboratory is equipped with international advanced analytical instruments, and the detection capability includes the characterization and testing of material electrochemical properties and various physical and chemical indexes.

--Cutting edge battery development platform: It can independently carry out sintering synthesis, doping and coating modification of solid electrolyte, composite sulfur cathode and other materials; Meet the basic R & D needs of solid-state, lithium sulfur and lithium air batteries.

--Lithium battery failure analysis platform: Metallographic microscope, SEM, XRD, IR and GC-MS, which can characterize the crystal structure and micro surface morphology of materials and complete battery failure analysis
